At Dr. Guy’s practice, this means you’ll have 24/7 direct access to your physician, same-day or next-day appointments, and extended visit times so you never feel rushed. We keep our patient panel small to ensure every person receives the thoughtful, attentive care they deserve.

Yes, but availability is limited. In order to provide high-quality, relationship-based care, Dr. Guy maintains a limited number of active patients. This allows him to be fully present and accessible to each individual. If you’re considering joining, we recommend reaching out soon to check availability.

One of the core benefits of our practice is direct after-hours access. You’ll be able to call or text Dr. Guy  for urgent health concerns, evenings, weekends, or holidays. That peace of mind is part of the personalized care experience we provide.

While we don’t bill insurance for the membership fee, many of the services provided may still be reimbursable depending on your coverage. We’re happy to provide documentation you can submit to your insurance if applicable. We also recommend keeping your insurance active to cover outside services like labs, imaging, or specialist referrals.

Yes. For patients who are ill, recovering from a procedure, or otherwise unable to travel to the office, home visits are available when appropriate. Dr. Guy believes in meeting patients where they are, and sometimes, that means bringing the care to you.
